Problem

A home-appliance service business was tracking jobs and payments on paper.

What I built

I built a mobile-first service record app where servicemen log each job from their phone with validation, a duplicate-mobile warning and Cash, Online or Partial payment splits, then share a receipt card over WhatsApp.

Admins get a dashboard, reports, CSV export and serviceman management. It has PIN login with admin and serviceman roles and a 30-minute edit window.

It supports dark mode, an offline banner and installs as a PWA. The stack is React, Vite, Tailwind and Recharts on an Express API with SQLite.
